The company is the parent company of a group of companies and is not itself a subsidiary of any other company. The company is principally dependent upon dividends from RVP and Wigglesworth for its income.

- REAT Services Limited (wholly owned), providing head office and administrative services to members of the REAT group
- Wigglesworth (wholly owned), a London based merchant trading natural fibres
- RVP (97% per cent, incorporated in Kenya) which owns a sisal estate in Kenya and acts as a holding company for REAT’s other East African sisal interests
- PT Spice Islands Maluku (95% owned, incorporated in Indonesia) which holds the abaca project
- PT Robindo Natayara (95% owned, incorporated in Indonesia) which holds interests in 2 coal concessions
